Customer Care and KPI's

Our aim is to hand over a project with Zero Defects. In line with our Quality Management Procedures, we continue through the Rectification Period with 3 monthly Health Check meetings which give the Client/End User a degree of comfort that although construction is completed, we also have an aftercare process in place.

Our Contracts Manager continues to have involvement up until 3 months after handover, when the project is handed over to our experienced Customer Care Manager. A customer care letter is issued to the Client/Architect with an introduction, contact details and explanations on how we will address any issues that may arise during the remainder of the Rectification Period.

As well as gaining Client Feedback via our KPI Project Review sheet, after the Rectification Period is completed our Customer Care Manager again requests Client Feedback to make sure that our aftercare process delivers the same service that is given throughout the rest of the project.

We can demonstrate our success with the use of Key Performance Indicator scores received from our Clients/ End Users. We measure as standard;

Defects at hand over,

Completed within budget,

Completed on Time

Added Value.

On many occasions we have been awarded maximum scores for all our measures. To meet our Social Value commitments we also log the number of Apprentice hours worked on each project and numbers of permanent employment opportunities created.
