Today,
Walter Carefoot & Sons (Construction) Ltd is a major force in
the construction market and has developed a reputation envied by
many.
Our reputation has been enhanced by the collaborative, non-confrontational
way in which we conduct our business. This culture is indicative
of the “Rethinking Construction” principles set out
by Sir John Egan, and the “Accelerating Change” report
by the Strategic Forum for Construction.
The wasteful and unpredictable process of lowest cost tendering
has been replaced by many of our Clients who procure their projects
through value for money set against world class benchmarks by fully
integrated teams. It is this method of procurement that has allowed
Walter Carefoot & Sons (Construction) Ltd to enjoy a sustained
period of growth.
At present, approximately 75% of our turnover is achieved under
this collaborative method of procurement, and we can demonstrate
framework agreements and strategic partnerships with many of our
Clients.
If you are interested in finding out more about collaborative working,
or wish to discuss a particular project with us please do not hesitate
