About Carefoot Construction
 Founded
in 1929, Walter Carefoot & Sons (Construction) Ltd has grown
to become a well-known and respected name in the industry. Walter
Carefoot built his business on the principles of quality and reliability
which are echoed in the present day construction projects that Carefoot
undertake.
Today Carefoot are a major force in the market and holds a long
standing reputation for high quality work. Our experience of different
construction genres is vast, with a portfolio that includes projects
ranging from the Education, and Health sectors to the Leisure and
Commercial division.
By successfully completing various projects in Social Housing,
Local Authority, Ecclesiastical, Industrial, Retail and Refurbishment
projects, Carefoot have the knowledge, skills and experience to
offer an inclusive package, whatever the nature of the scheme.
As part of the controlled expansion of the company, a regional
office was opened in Manchester approximately 15 years ago. We have
recently relocated this office to Warrington, in order to provide
a more central position to service contracts within Greater Manchester,
Liverpool, Cheshire, North Staffordshire and North Wales. Unsurprisingly,
Carefoot’s reputation has spread, and we are a familiar and
well respected name throughout North West England.
